Synopsis

Song Ting, deputy director of the Kaihe Compulsory Detoxification Center in Yunnan Province, has always adhered to the "people-oriented" working philosophy. She is often considered too idealistic with her passion for work. Luo Jing and Liao Mingkang, two important suspects of the overseas drug trafficking gang, were locked in Kaihe compulsory drug treatment center.
