A Promise to God(2024)

Synopsis

The series follows a mother’s journey to save her seriously ill son amidst complex circumstances. Stasia, a pregnant TV presenter, discovers her partner’s infidelity with her best friend and chooses not to inform him about the baby. She finds happiness in a new marriage, but years later, she must confront her ex when her son is diagnosed with a disease requiring a donor. Neither Stasia nor the father can donate, and only a sibling’s umbilical cord blood can save him. This forces the biological parents to consider having another child, leading to a reevaluation of their life values.
