Sinopsis
Senya Rodimtsev is released on bail from a psychiatric clinic. His goal is to kill a bureaucrat nicknamed Bamboo - Lazar Fomich and, thus, solve his housing problem. After all, as is well known: if you have a certificate that you are crazy, then you are off the hook. But things take a completely different turn.
