Panoramica
"Municipal Party Secretary" tells the story of a group of people in the municipal party committee headed by Han Wangjie, who put people first, serve the people, and unite the people of the city to build a new socialist city with the consciousness of public servants, awareness of crisis, and awareness of diligence and thrift. The story takes place in Dongzhou City, a state-planned city, somewhere on the eastern coast of China.
