Sinopsis

Following teenagers struggling with severe obesity on a multi-year journey as they fight for healthier lives. Knowing they face uncertain futures unless they lose weight, these teens pursue weight-loss surgery in hopes of a second chance. Told in part with their own personal footage, the series documents their determination for a better life and the challenging journey to get healthy that will test them in ways they don’t expect.
