Sinopsis
When the down-on-his luck Folk Singer Cole Jackson returns to Macon County his homecoming isn't what he expected! Planning to rest and recharge his batteries, Haggerty fins his brother Nate locked in deadly and soon to turn violent battle with the mayor in attempting to locate a toxic waste disposal dump in his town.
